Google Sitemap is automatically enabled for external OnShift Employ openings. Click on the “G” to access the sitemap feed.

National Labor Exchange (NLx, formerly US.jobs) (Direct Employers) and Indeed automatically index external OnShift Employ openings. This feature is defaulted as enabled for all external OnShift Employ Current Openings.

You should note that while we can show that the integration was in effect (NLx), we cannot verify that any position was posted to the state job board. If you are concerned with OFCCP compliance, the only way to verify that the posting was listed on the state job board is to take a screenshot of the position on the job board.

<xml/> is an alternative to a simple job board organic scrape. A customized XML feed may be created for a specific job campaign or to track on a specific job board. An XML feed is customizable and usually a cleaner communication to job boards. Campaign hit results may be tracked in Reports → Metrics & Graphs → Campaigns → Campaign Hits. Please contact your customer success associate if you have further questions.

Other ways to spread the word about a current opening within your company:

Social Media: X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
By design, most job postings on a company's social media outlet require a login for legitimacy. OnShift Employ's share buttons provide ease to posting jobs on your social media pages.

Or copy and paste the opening URL into a social media post, like on LinkedIn. Post as a regular status update for free or boost with a paid opening on any social media platform.
