Review Recruit details and follow all actions taken as Recruit is moved into your application process and on to hired.
Pencil icon to update Recruit contact information, change password, potential job interest and specific locations of interest. Change their status. Review source in which they became a Recruit with your company.

Note: It is possible recruits integrated from Indeed Apply will not have a phone number.

Start Application button to officially move the recruit into your application process.
Application history will track here as well.

(4) Notes
Add and review notes on the recruit or applicant.

(5) Recruitment Efforts
Initiate and track efforts to entice your recruit to become an applicant. Once a Recruitment Effort is initiated for a specific current opening select an Action (6).

Recruit Contact Information

The recruit’s contact details and any files appear at top, along with several actions

  • Edit – update a recruit's contact information.

  • Add Effort – click here for a dropdown to start an application, send an invite or record a recruiter effort.

  • Send Invite – send the recruit a job invite link to a current opening.

  • Messages – send a recruit a message via email or text (How to add Recruitment Message Templates).

  • Files – view the recruit’s resume or other files, or upload files for a recruit.

  • Follow up– add a recruitment status update.

Apps & Efforts

Activity within this recruit's detail page are documented here, including a timestamped recruiter log.

  1. Click the blue plus button next to Apps & Efforts to record a recruitment effort, for example: “Left a voicemail” or “Had a phone call she seems like a great fit. Sent resume to Sally to review.”

  2. The human icon found on the right provides a peek at the candidate's application history, if any.

  3. The Status details provide a snapshot of the last date that anyone has recorded activity with the recruit and a history count of tasks and applications. You can click the arrow icon to see additional details.

  4. Click the arrow icon in the status column for additional information.

  5. Click the blue plus button by Notes to record any further details.

Use the Messages section to view message history with the recruit.
