Things you can do within a recruit’s detail are described on this page.

Recruit contact information

ACTIONS

Edit - update a recruit’s contact information

Add Effort - click here for a drop down to start an application, send an invite or record a recruiter effort

Messages - send a recruit a message via email or text (How to add Recruitment Message Templates) or free form a message.

Files - See files or upload files for a recruit (How to upload a file)

Follow up - add a recruitment status update

Send Invite - click here to send a job invite link to a current opening


APPS & EFFORTS

Activity within this recruit’s detail page are documented here, including a timestamped recruiter log .

1) Click the blue plus button to record a recruitment effort, for example: “Left a voice mail” or “Had a phone call she seems like a great fit. Sent resume to Sally to review.”

2) The human icon found on the right provides a peek at the candidate’s application history, if any.

3) This row provides a snapshot of the last date that anyone has recorded activity with the recruit and a history count of tasks and applications.

4) Click the flag in the status column for additional information. In the example below, the admin managing the recruit’s Director of Nursing inquiry, has made a phone call and marked the candidate as Final Attempt of trying to contact.

5)Click the blue plus button to record any further notes.
