Candidate Files

These are files associated with the applicant’s account. If the applicant uploaded a document such as a resume or cover letter, you’ll find them here. Administrators can upload associated items using the Upload a File tab and view deleted files.

Files may be visible or invisible to the candidate. If an eyeball icon is present, the applicant has visibility to the item.  A padlock icon means the applicant does not have visibility.  This is useful for logging items that you want to associate with the application, but don’t necessarily want to share with the applicant.

Upload a File to the Candidate’s Files

From the candidate’s application:

  1. Click the plus sign next to Files.

  1. Click Upload a file.

  2. Choose the file type from the dropdown.

  3. Drag and drop the file into the box or click to upload the file.

  4. Click Submit File.

 

From the Application tab:

1. From the Actions column, click the folder icon.

  1. Click Upload a file.

  2. Choose the file type from the dropdown.

  3. Drag and drop the file into the box or click to upload the file.

  4. Click Submit File.

Uploaded file limitations:

  • The maximum file size allowed is 20MB.

  • Only the following types are allowed:

    • PDF Documents (*.pdf)

    • Microsoft Word documents (*.doc, *.docx)

    • Plain text files (*.txt)

    • Images (ONLY *.jpg, *.png, *.tiff)

Medical and secure documents will only be accessible by admins with exclusive permissions.
