Problem

I was emailed my background screening results but the link is broken or not working.

Solution

You may access your background results from your application Dashboard.

  1. Log into Dashboard from side menu or top menu

  2. Click the Job Title

  3. Click on paper icon next to “Background Screening Authorization”  



On a mobile device the menu is tucked in the upper left house icon
