OnShift® Employ Administrator User's Guide

Company Information

Company Information is used to set company-wide settings for your account. It can be accessed by Client Admin and Full Access Administrators.

To access Company Information, go to Client Settings → Company Information.

 

Company Name – This is the name that pushes out to the third-party job boards. If you have already established a profile on any of these job boards, it is important that the Company Name in OnShift Employ matches the company name on the job board, otherwise the OnShift Employ jobs will not sync properly to the profile.

Forward orphaned emails to – If we can't find an associated application, the email will be forwarded to this address.

Enable Registration Fields – Disable this and the system will just collect name and email at time of registration. This may speed up the initial sign-up for applicants, but limits the system's ability to pre-fill forms and run contact information reports.

Enable Submit Interest – Submit Interest notifies potential applicants automatically if a position they're interested in is opened. OnShift enables Submit Interest during implementation. To disable, uncheck this box.

Allow Editable Forms – Allows forms to be edited (if forms are added)

Allow Candidate Contact – Adds the Contract Recruiter button to the applicant’s dashboard for each active application.

Accordion Settings – controls the display of jobs in a department on Current Openings (0 = no collapse, >0 checks for openings)

Header – manage the header image on the applicant-facing site.

Footer – manage text in the applicant-facing site’s footer.

If you’re looking to add language that is relevant of all jobs advertised, utilize the “Append to all job descriptions” to save time. Enter the language you'd like to append to all job descriptions and submit.

Manage EIN information and company location and/or contact information. Any changes to this information will be visible to all users aligned to your Company. Precise information may be required for integrations.

IMPORTANT: If your Company has multiple instances under one Parent Company, you will need to make the changes on each individual instance.
