Candidate and Application Data Reports

Contact Information

Use this report to export candidate contact information including email, phone, address, job title and location applied, referral source, disposition, assessment score (if applicable), and link to application.

Reports tab → Metrics & Graphs → CSV Reports → Contact Information

Filters: Company, Location, Job, Department, Application Modified Date, Admin Assigned, Referral Source, Application Status

Applicant Log

Export of candidate address and EEO information, disposition, current/fallout stage, interview date, hire date, and admin assigned. Includes most data needed for OFCCP reporting.

Reports tab → Metrics & Graphs → CSV Reports → Applicant Log

Filters: Company, Location, Job, Department, Rejection Reason, Application Status, Application Crated Date, Created Date Interval

Application Availabilities

Export a report of applicants' availability (mapped to the employment application Availabilities section).

Reports tab → Metrics & Graphs → Applications and Referral Reports → Application Availabilities

Filters: Application Created Date, Company, Application Process, Application Status, Location, Job, Created Date Interval

Candidate Information (from employment application)

This report pulls application data, including education, salary requirements, availability and job/position applied to (mapped to the employment application).
