Manage System - Departments
Department names serve as the default filter on your company’s Current Openings page.
To make changes, go to the Manage Systems tab → Departments.
Edit the department name by clicking the pencil icon. Click the trash can icon to delete the department. For archived reporting, it’s recommended to create a new department rather than delete.
Adding a New Department
Click the +Add button.
Add the department name (required) and an optional abbreviation and description.
Submit to complete.
Reordering Departments
Click and drag the 6-dot icon alongside a department name to re-order the departments on your Job Openings page.
Managing Deleted Departments
Edit or Restore a deleted department by clicking Manage Deleted Departments.
