Resending an Offer Letter - Message Template Version

Resend an Offer Letter

Sending a Contingent Offer Letter message template sends a copy to the candidate’s email inbox as well as saves on the candidate’s Dashboard.

If a candidate reaches out stating they did not receive the email:

  • Did they check their junk mail or spam folder?

  • Is their email correct on their profile? (See: How to update a candidate’s email address)

  • Do they have more than one profile? Search in the Candidates tab by first and last name.

  • Did they log in to their Dashboard messages to view the Offer Letter?

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Click the plus sign next to the candidate's Messages.







  2. Select the Offer Letter and click Load Template.








  3. Click Submit.

Resend an Offer Letter for a Text-Enabled Candidate

  1. Click the plus sign next to the candidate's Messages.











  2. Choose Click here to send an email instead.










  3. Select the Offer Letter and click Load Template.

     

     

     







     

  4. Click Submit.

 

 

 

 


Amend the Original Offer Letter

 

 

 

 

  1. On the Offer Details, click the pencil icon to open the editing tool.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Update fields as needed.

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Click Continue to save updates.

 

Follow the steps above to resend the Offer Letter with updated information.
